Karen West from Earth Yoga Sanctuary has over 10 years’ of experience working with people of all ages and abilities and runs sessions that are specific to us as a club, and in particular, to each of us as triathletes.
Yoga encourages blood flow which helps recovery. It helps stretch out tight, contracted muscles. It helps your body to better adapt to training. Plus it’s a great way to gain mental focus. So as a triathlete yoga will help your body reap the benefits of the hours of training that you put in. The extra flexibility will help your stroke when in the pool. It will help you on the bike, especially when you want to be more aero and have limited flexibility in your hips and lower back. A stronger core will help you maintain good running posture and be less prone to injury.
The first session you attend will be FREE.
Thereafter the cost is as follows:
Book 5 classes @ £8 each (£40)
Book a single class for £10
