The following pool based training sessions are available throughout the year, each with a dedicated coach and lifeguard, to anyone who can swim at least 200 meters front crawl.:

Monday & Thursday swim sessions are suitable for the full range of swim distances from Sprint to Ironman. Sessions are planned in 6 week training cycles starting with an easier recovery / preparation week and building up endurance work to finish the cycle with an evaluation – a timed swim, test swim set etc. This is to assess swim fitness levels and progress. Monday sessions are generally easier than Thursdays to allow for recovery from heavy training over the weekend or competition. 90% of the training is aerobic with 10% anaerobic or sprint.
